By registering for or using a BotsBaba free trial, you acknowledge and agree to the following Free Trial Policy.

FREE TRIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Trial Period

BotsBaba may provide eligible users with access to a free trial for a period of 7 days, unless a different trial period is specifically communicated for a particular Service or offer.

The free trial will end at the earliest of:

• The end of the applicable free trial period;
• The commencement of a paid subscription or paid Service selected by the user; or

Configurations and Integrations

Custom configurations, integrations, API connections, development work and personalized automation may not be included in the standard free trial.

DATA AND CONFIGURATIONS

Any service data entered into BotsBaba, together with configurations or customizations created during the free trial, may become unavailable after the trial ends unless you:

• Continue with an applicable paid BotsBaba Service;
• Purchase the applicable Service; or
• Export the available service data before the end of the trial period, where an export facility is provided.

Users are responsible for exporting any information they wish to retain before the free trial expires.

BotsBaba may retain or delete trial-related information in accordance with its applicable data-retention practices and Privacy Policy.

NO PAYMENT CARD REQUIRED

Where BotsBaba offers the standard free trial without a payment-card requirement, no payment card is required to register for that trial.

The free trial itself does not create a payment obligation.

A paid subscription or other chargeable Service may be purchased separately when the user chooses to continue using BotsBaba after or during the trial, subject to the applicable purchase process.

TRIAL USE AND AVAILABILITY

The free trial is intended for genuine evaluation of BotsBaba Services.

BotsBaba may restrict or terminate trial access where reasonably necessary to prevent:

• Fraudulent or duplicate registrations;
• Abuse or misuse of the trial;
• Unauthorized access;
• Excessive or abnormal usage;
• Activities that may affect platform security or performance; or
• Violations of applicable third-party platform requirements.

BotsBaba may limit the number of trial accounts or trials available to the same person, business, organization or associated users.

MODIFICATION OR TERMINATION OF THE FREE TRIAL

BotsBaba reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the free trial offer at any time.

This may include changes to:

• Trial duration;
• Eligibility;
• Available features;
• Usage limits;
• Trial availability; or
• Other aspects of the trial offering.

Where appropriate, the current trial offer and applicable details will be displayed on the BotsBaba website.

Termination or modification of a free trial will not affect any rights or obligations that have already arisen under an applicable paid Service or separate agreement.
